Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

At Eve Plus Cosmetics, we strive to deliver your products in a timely manner. Our standard delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days after the order has been confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary based on weather conditions, public safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched and is out for delivery, you will receive a text message from our partner courier company with the tracking number details. You can track your order 12 hours after dispatch by entering the tracking number on the courier’s portal. Our delivery personnel will contact you at the time of delivery, so please ensure you are available on the contact number provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Charges:

We offer nationwide delivery at a flat rate of Rs.200/-. However, we provide free delivery for orders with a total value of Rs.2000/- and above within Pakistan. From time to time, we may offer free delivery and free gift promotions.

Giveaway Promotions/Free Gifts:

Free gifts during promotional offers are based on specific criteria such as time, date, and minimum order value. Winners for giveaway promotions are selected based on their efforts and engagement during the promotional period.


Returns & Replacement Policy

At Eve Plus Cosmetics, we value your satisfaction and understand the importance of a smooth return and replacement process. To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent activities, the following conditions must be met for our Return & Replacement offer:

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

  • Returns and replacements are only applicable if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be raised within 12 hours of the delivery date via phone call at (042) 35142073. Any claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
  • The claimed item must not be unsealed, opened, or used and must remain in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process:

  • To qualify for a replacement, the claimed item must be posted back to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the return, our quality assurance team will evaluate the product’s condition.
  • Replacements will be issued upon successful evaluation of the returned item.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned items are properly packed to avoid damage during shipping. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Replacement Details:

  • We prefer to replace the same product and shade. Requests for different products or shades are generally not encouraged. Please contact our Customer Service team for specific cases.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
